Town counsel indicates no it does not . <br /> The process then doesn ' t tale into consideration of what the <br /> people want states Selectman Jacobson. <br /> Selectman Caffyn indicates that if in fact the petition <br /> action is taken by the Town Clerk, it should he qualified upfront# <br /> so no one proceeds with the recall action. There was clot of <br /> time and effort put into this with three different series of <br /> 1200 signatures . <br /> Mrs. La ute should have placed he conclusion in writing <br /> suggests Selectman caffyn. Perhaps we should schedule an election <br /> on January 4, 1992 if there is any dispute to this . The action <br /> has proceeded in a democratic process. <br /> If she followed the same procedure as my recall states <br /> Selectman -Hanson, it would be the day following the deadline for <br /> response. Tomorrow would be her response date to the Board of <br /> Selectmen.
