After the motion was seconded, it should be included that Selectman Lawrence noted that the Board could recommend against it on Town Meeting floor. i Under Boat Damp at South Cape Beach, the word recommended should be changed to u sated. It was noted the subject was discussed with Selectman Jacobson and Sevin Harrington as to pursuing the possibility of the Commonwealth designing and. constructing a boat landing facility a at South Cape Beach. A meeting .Tkill be scheduled to decide if the Board wishes to pursue this issue. 47i="The notion was rade by Selectman Caffyn to approve the minutes of February 31 1992 Regular and Executive Sessions as corrected. The motion was seconded by S lectnan Mills , The vote is unanimous . The vote is 3-0 . Selectman Vaccaro - has abstained front' votin . PUBLIC DISCUSSION: Brad I Caffyn asked when the warrant articles will be made public? € It was noted by Mr. Darrington that there is a copy in the Board ' s package. The articles are in the process to be xeroxed. Selectman Mills suggests to review the 'articles on Thursday in draft form. Selectman Caffyn agrees. The Board will meet on Thursday, 1 February 20, 1992 indicates Selectman Jacobson. with concerns towards the proposed school addition, Selectman Jacobson noted that the Board has no intention of pushing things through while residents are away, but are trying to recognize the need for additional classrooms for our children in Mashpee, We have a town to run she indicates., If people are genuinely concerned about Mashpee they should keep abreast. The intention of the Board is to place this before the people. Selectman Caffy n suggests the School Building Committee develop costs to furnish the addition including factors of utilities, transporta- tion and staff requirements * School Building Committee member David Terry indicated the appoint- ment of the committee was to solve the school building housing needs .
