Mr. Greelish informed the Board that a health agent will do an on site inspection tomorrow. He is familiar with 21E and notes the review and acceptance by the Board of Health can be rade next week. ****The moti n was made by Selectman Mills to grant the license application of Paul R. Botello, Bowdoin Road? Mashpee for aboveground storage of diesel fuel and waste oil subject to the conditions the Board of Health deems appropriate since this is in th w ter protection district . The motion was seconded by Selectman caffyn. The vote of the Board is unanimous . The vote is - . *Chief t id eway ,suggests the Board consider a policy for above round tanks that the Board of Health be involved for comment prior to the public hearing since the authority is- shared between the Fire Department and the Board of Health. He indicates the Fire Dep rtment has the permit authority and the Board of Selectmen are the license authority. The Board of Health is automatically involved as part of the procedure indicates selectman Mills . They are regulated through the ground water protection district . Mr, costa concurs . Deputy Baker notes that he is currently viewing regulations and developing rules with Turn counsel . He suest.e to develop a policy where all tanks aro reviewed by the Board of Health prior to the review of the Fire Department * . The Board is in agreement with Deputy Baker to develop regulations with Town counsel of the suggested policy pertaining to the Board of Health. . 7 : 49 p.-m.
