The <br /> septic system does not meet the 1501 requirement of the Board of Health. <br /> She is also concerned in changing the zoning as well as increased <br /> educational costs to the Town. <br /> Attorney Dubin indicates the site is not suitable for industrial <br /> usage , The density is 1 . 85 -per acre. The percentage of profit is <br /> slender to the developer . Without approval from the Board of Health <br /> the project would not be viable. <br /> As indicated from Mr. Fudala ' s. report , we are second highest in <br /> percentage of such certified housing in Town relates Selectman Caffyne <br /> As the market comes down, we are meeting ten percent. With only seven <br /> affordable ''housing units , we have to view the additional cost to educate <br /> the children. <br /> We have enough affordable husingin Town. With an overloaded <br /> school systee the Town of Mashpee doesn ' t need the project at this <br /> time relates Selectman Lawrence. He indicates he is totally opposed <br /> and will not support the proposal . <br /> The majority of people buying homes are already from.( .Town. indicates <br /> Nancy Davidson from the Cape clearing Mouse in Hyannis . She has worked <br /> with the developers during the marketing process . Qualfications of <br /> affordable units require an income of $20,000 to $39 , 600 . <br /> The two and three single family homes will range in price from <br /> $69, 500 to $75 ,000 affordable and the market units will range from <br /> $85,900 to $89 , 900 indicates Attorney Dubin . <br /> Public comment was negative towards the proposed development. <br /> There are many vacancies in Town, the well may be subject to a plume <br /> from the development, a plume may be directed towards the area deriving <br /> from Otis and there should be a higher number of affordable units noted <br /> some concerned residents, <br /> *The motion was made by selectman Mills to NOT endorse the project . <br /> It is not in the best interest of the community for a number 'of reasons <br /> state ,. The motion was seconded- by Selectman Caffyn. The vote of <br /> the Board is unanimous. The vote i -o. <br /> 8 : 50 p.m. Selectman Mills left the room. <br /> EXECUTIVE SECRETARY WEEKLY REPORT; <br /> The FY 93 budget will be ready for the Board ' s review in a few <br /> days indicates Mr. Har'r'in n:.
