The amount of parking spaces are limited to 35 as we have i had in theP a st. The motion was seconded by Selectman Caffyn. VOTE: Unanimous . 5-0 . Jack Sheppard re: Boat Ramp/South Cape Beach: Money is available in the budget to build a boat ramp facility relates Mr. Sheppard. He is interested in revitalizing existing facilit- ies in Mashpee . Mr. Sheppard will review the sites in Mashpee . The Board will obtain input from the South Cape Beach Advisory Committee and Waterways Committee towards this concern. Mr. Baker suggested to consider a ramp at Little River to give access to Waquoit Bay. 8 : 00 P.M. Jonathan Fitch re : Pimlico Pond Road: Attorney Fitch was present in representation of Phyllis Thompson who owns the land on either side of the dangerous section of road on . Pimlico Pond Road . The proposed step one is to abandon and layout the road again re- lates Attorney Fitch. No costs are associated with step one he indicates . There is an article placed on the Annual Town Meeting Warrant for this concern. Chapter 90 funds are available for this project . Selectman Caffyn requests to obtain a precise figure from Greg Taylor. There are other roads in town that require assistance . She asks for input from Mr. Taylor to see if this is a priority area to spend Chapter 90 funds . Selectman Vaccaro is in agreement to know the cost factor. There is no point in doing step one unless we do step two and� e costs in- volved. Town Counsel relates with Town Meeting authorization of the layout , the Selectmen have to act within 120 days to vote to accept the layout. Attorney Fitch will meet with Mr. Taylor and return to the Board . 8 : 25 p.m. COMMUNICATION AND CORRESPONDENCE: Tickets are still available for the Senior Citizens Association Dance on Saturday night relates Selectman Jacobson. Town Counsel has recommended the Board not meet with the Zoning Board of Appeals . He indicates if a matter is pending before the ZBA, it is unwise for the Board of Selectmen to meet with the ZBA. The Board should act independently on their own. A letter is acceptable from the Board of Selectmen to the ZBA of • this concern.
