Liquor Entertainment- <br /> Llcense . <br /> Selectman Vaccaro indicated the Board of Selectmen are in <br /> receipt of the application of clout, Inc. for an All Alcoholic <br /> Restaurant Beverage license and an entertainment license . <br /> *selectman Lawrence indicates for the purpose of the hearing <br /> and to maintain a quorum, he will listen to the application, but <br /> will abstain from voting on this issue. <br /> Diane Cloutier was present to discuss the application for an <br /> all alcoholic restaurant and beverage license . The location is <br /> the forcer MA' Glockner ' s located on 470 -Main Street , Mashpee. <br /> The new facility is to be e,ntltled ; cafe 130 indicates <br /> Ms. Cloutier. A full - menu will. be offered for lunch and dinner . <br /> Ms. Cloutier will offer her flower expertise to beautify the <br /> property and offer the best to Mashpee. <br /> Seating will .be available for 165 patrons., Cafe 130 will be <br /> open for wedding receptions and Christmas parties . Ms, cloutie <br /> would like to open the establishment the day after Mother ' s Day. <br /> The business of Flower and Fern will remain within the <br /> establishment. <br /> *Being no further discussion, Selectman Vaccaro closed the <br /> hearing. <br /> ****The motion was made by selectma-n Mills to grant clout , <br /> Inc. an All Alcoholic Restaurant Beverage License . The motion <br /> was seconded by selectman Vaccaro. VOTE: Unanimous. -o . <br /> Selectman Lawrence abstained from voting on this issue . <br /> ** *The motion was made by selectman Mills to grant an <br /> Entertainment License to clout , Inc, The motion was seconded by <br /> Selectman Vaccaro, VOTE: Unanimous. -o . Materials Recovery Folic <br /> Steve Greelish indicated the Board of Health fully supports <br /> Article 10 in the Annual Town Meeting Warrant to support the <br /> participation in the construction and operation of aCounty- i-de <br /> household hazardous waste collection program. <br /> It is the consensus of the Board of Health to not support <br /> Article ll in the ATM Warrant . This article seeps to support and <br /> participate in the construction and operation of a county-wide Materials <br /> Recovery Facility. <br /> Private enterprise is the favored option over Town Government <br /> _ relates Mr, Greelish. He indicates the Tran -fer Station and recycling <br /> in Ma.shpee re run by private contractors . <br /> As noted, the Board of Health is against Article 11 . They would <br /> lire indication from the Selectmen as to their position. <br /> Selectman Vaccaro relates that this will be a discus-sion on Monday <br /> night as the Board finalizes the Warrant* <br /> Mr, Greelish gave a compliment to Mr. McQuaid as the driven force <br /> between the levels of communication between the Town Boards , state and <br /> Military, The Board agrees that he has done a fine job. <br />
