The Board of Selectmen <br /> do not get routinely involved . Why 'should the chief <br /> Administrator be taken from the job description? The conflict <br /> was between the state and Town bylaw. This may not derive great benefit . He is <br /> awaiting an answer from DOR to this subject matter and will <br /> discuss this on Tuesday. <br /> Mr. Darrington and Town counsel will review this further . <br /> Article 15 : Tom Fudala related that it is a favorable <br /> option to trade - land with Mr. Russell Peters. The Town would <br /> acquire a key site of land lova-ted behind the Davis School that <br /> will be valuable for a fixture elementary or middle school . <br /> The 7 .1 acre Town owned parcel on Route 13 north of <br /> Pickerel cove Road has been agreeable with Mr. Peters for the <br /> trade of land . <br /> Mr. Fudala recommends the Board accept Article 15 , It is an <br /> excellent trade with great access. It will create a twenty-three <br /> acre parcel and be of great value to the Town. <br /> *The motion was made by selectman Mills to execute the Special Town <br /> Meeting Warrant .
