The <br /> motion was seconded by Selectman Costa . VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 . <br /> Selectman Vaccaro made note the Chamber was to be invited to <br /> the discussion. Selectman Costa related that Mr . Marandola is <br /> also not present . <br /> Mr. Zammer indicated that a letter is forthcoming from the <br /> Chamber with regards to the Flea Market . He made reference to <br /> page 33 of the Town Report and the lack of enforcement with <br /> regards to Town Meeting last year . <br /> Selectman Caffyn noted that the article does not say that it <br /> was passed . Town Counsel related that the article was amended to <br /> remove the dollar amount. The Selectmen have the authority to <br /> set the fee. <br /> Mrs. Mason indicates the final draft should be ready next <br /> week for approval . <br /> NEW BUSINESS : <br /> Appointment of Fire Department Administrative Secretary: <br /> ***The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to appoint Sheila <br /> Hurrie as Administrative Secretary to the Fire Department . The <br /> motion was seconded by Selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimous . 5-0 . <br /> Memo from the Fire Chief re : Fire Prevention Fee Schedule : <br /> Deputy Baker gave a brief overview of the fee schedule <br /> proposed relative to fire prevention activities . He indicates <br /> the fees are comparable to other Towns in the Commonwealth. The <br /> recommendation is to begin the new fee schedule on July 1 , 1992 . <br /> ****The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to approve the <br /> Fire Prevention Fee Schedule . The motion was seconded by <br /> Selectman Costa . VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 . <br /> Memo from the Fire Chief re: Tanker Rehab FY93 : <br /> ****The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to accept the low <br /> bid of $40, 000 from Fire Resources , Inc . for Tanker <br /> refurbishment . The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills . <br /> VOTE: Unanimous . 5-0 . <br />
