The motion was seconded by Selectman Costa . VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. ***The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to appoint Karen Walden to the Board of Registrars. The three year appointment is valid until 1995 . The motion was seconded by Selectman Costa . VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 . Chief Procurement Officer Resignation: ***The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to accept the resignation of Kevin Harrington. The motion was seconded by Selectman Costa . VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0 . ***The motion was made by Selectman Vaccaro to nominate Selectman Caffyn as procurement officer . The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills. 'Being no further nominations , VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0 . Selectman Caffyn abstained from voting. Surplus Officer Resignation: III ***-he motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to accept the resignation of Kevin Harrington as surplus officer. The motion was seconded by Selectman Costa . VOTE: Unanimous . 5-0 . ***The motion was made by Selectman Costa to appoint Greg Taylor as surplus Officer. The motion was seconded by Selectman Caffyn.
