The Zoning Board of Appeal-s should also have input . <br /> Selectman Caffyn indic-ates that the 'Board will take this <br /> under advisement at this time. <br /> : o p.m. Willowbend Liquor License Discussion : <br /> It was noted that the Building Department , Board of Health <br /> and Planning have reviewed the application of Willow end , <br /> 'Iowa Counsel indicates that there is no technical objection <br /> from the review by the three departments . He suggests the <br /> restricted seated be ' included in the license application. <br /> Attorney Edward Sweeney and Manager David Southworth were <br /> present for this discussion. There is no objection to the <br /> limited amount of seating. <br /> *The motion was made by Selectman Costa to approve the all- <br /> alcoholic restaurant Beverage license of Willowlend subject to <br /> the restrictions on the seating capacity of 265 . The motion was <br /> seconded by Selectman Mills . VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br /> The Board is inagreement to allow Attorney Sullivan to pick <br /> up the license in the Selectmen ' s office so he may hand deliver <br /> it to ABCC. <br /> 7 :40 p,m, Tori Fu kala re; Local Comprehensive Plan: <br /> I <br /> Mr. Fudala indicates that he has reviewed the options with <br /> the Planning Board relative to the Local. Comprehensive Plan. The <br /> Planning Board is in agreement to obtain a wider distribution of <br /> the survey. <br /> The Planning Board has $5 , 671 in their expense account <br /> informs Mr. Fudala . They will allocate up to $3 ,000 for the <br /> purpose of mailing the survey. <br />
