L . <br /> BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page <br /> MINUTES <br /> M AYDAY, JUNE 8F 1992 <br /> Tom Fudala re : Local Comprehensive Plan; <br /> Mr. Fudala discussed the ways in which to distribute the <br /> survey to Mashpee residents . <br /> It was suggested to obtain input from non-voting residents <br /> indicates Mr. Fudala. We can- produce a billing list of taxed <br /> parcels , Selectman Vaccaro recommends to alpha sort the <br /> Assessor ' s list . <br /> Another suggestion was to obtain a jury list from the Town <br /> Clerk relates Mr. Fudala. Their software can produce a mailing <br /> list . <br /> Mr. -Fudala has talked with the - Postmaster relative to bulb <br /> mailing. The cost is approximately . 13 cents each. The specific <br /> weight has to be indicated . <br /> The School Committee has authorized distribution of the <br /> survey informs Mr. Fudala , This will target younger families and <br /> include the recreational aspect of the survey . <br /> The Mashpee Messanger has offered to print the survey at no <br /> cost to the Town informs Mr . Fudala . This will be done as a <br /> public service . Their initial concern was the weight of the <br /> survey . This is now permissible with regards to the weight of <br /> the survey.. Distribution by the Messanger will effect 2500 homes <br /> in Mashpee. <br /> The recommendation was made to distribute the survey at the <br /> Town Landfill and with the sale of Beach Stickers. The Selectmen <br /> indicate that this will obtain a good response from seasonal and <br /> year round residents . <br /> Mr, Fudala indicates the survey is now four sheets double <br /> sided . School distribution of the surrey is three sheets double <br /> sided. <br /> *The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to support the <br /> distribution of the survey through the school , sticker office , <br /> landfill and accept the -offer from the Mashpee Messanger. The <br /> motion was seconded by Selectman costa . MOTE: unanimous . 5-00 <br /> Mr. Fudala also indicated that he would like to distribute <br /> the survey to neighborhood associations . The Board is in <br /> agreement to distribute the survey by this methods ' <br />
