Picnic Box. <br /> Selectman Mills has recommended to have the Assistant <br /> Building Inspector complete the proceedings.. <br /> Selectman Jacobson made note of a letter received from <br /> Field ' s Point indicating that the Picnic Box is in violation of <br /> Maspee ' s zoning bylaws. F'ield ' s Point has encouraged Mashpee to <br /> proceed with the permitting process. Mr. Zammer should cease <br /> operation of the fruit stand, <br /> Mr. Zammer relates that he is scheduled to meet with the <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, June 24, 1992 to discuss <br /> his application to modify his special permit. He indicates that <br /> e will continue to sell produce. <br /> Based on the opinion of the State Ethics commission, <br /> Selectman costa recommends for Doug Boyd to proceed with the <br /> complaint regarding the Picnic Box. <br /> *.**The motion was made by Selectman costa to approve of <br /> Mashpee ' s Building Inspector, Doug Boyd to proceed with reference <br /> to the Picnic Box. The motion was seconded by Selectman <br /> Jacobson. VOTE: Favorable . -1 . Selectman Mills is i <br /> opposition. <br /> For the record , Selectman costa indicates that he is not <br /> opposed to the fruit stand. Our decision is to follow the <br /> correct procedure of the Town bylaws. <br /> 5 : 05 p.m. Executive Session : Personnel. Issues <br /> Joyce Mason was present with her attorney, Bruce Gilmore and <br /> requests that this issue be held .in Open Session, Attorney <br /> Gilmore made reference to the notice Mrs . Mason received from <br /> Chairperson caffyn on June 16 , 1992 . <br /> Under the provisions of chapter 39, Section 23 B2 , it <br /> makes reference to discipline or discharge an employee indicates <br /> Attorney Gilmore * Mrs. Mason was unaware of the nature of the <br /> complaint. <br /> Attorney Gilmore .indicates that the job performance of <br /> Mrs. Mason has never been questioned . She has been dedicated to <br /> the Town of Mashpee, we want to find out what she has done <br /> wrong. <br /> Selectman cfyn relates that she was advised by Attorney <br /> Morse to give Mrs. Mason formal notice of complaint with <br /> reference to her work performance . <br />
