BOARD OF SELECTMEN Page <br />MINUTES <br />MOND ; MARCH l , 1993 <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />Executive Secretary re; Performance Evaluation: <br />**The motion was made by Selectman vaccaro to place the <br />Performance Evaluation fora of the Executive Secretary on the <br />agenda. The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson. VOTE: <br />Unanimous. - . <br />Selectman vaccaro distributed the six month performance <br />evaluation document to the Board set forth under the guidelines <br />of the International Association of City Managers. He noted that <br />Selectman Caffyn also participated in the formulation of the <br />performance documents <br />The evaluation is comprised of two parts informed Selectman <br />ac aro. The first being Mr. Whritenour's self evaluation, This <br />will include the Executive Secretary's goals and objectives as <br />presented to the Board last fall with an update of <br />accomplishments.. <br />The second portion of the document is the evaluation form <br />noted Selectman vaccaro. The Board will have the ability to rate <br />Mr. Whritenour in numeric value. Five being the highest score <br />and one, the lowest informed Selectman vaccro. <br />The evaluation will then be aggregated and based on the <br />evaluations as submitted by the full Board of Selectmen indicated <br />Selectman vaccaro . <br />Included in the document is an area for new performance <br />objectives related Selectman Vaccaro, Mr, Whritenour will have <br />the ability to respond with his proposed plan of action to meet <br />the Board's new objectives. <br />*The Board is in agreement to review and complete the <br />evaluation document on Monday, March 8, 1993, The completed <br />evaluations will be discussed and compiled at a separate mee frig. <br />:15 p.m. Linda Murtha re: Educational Facilities Needs Report: <br />Linda Mur iLa ; CommitteeChairman of the Educational <br />Facilities Needs Committee was present to discuss the final <br />report dated February of 1993. Included for discussion were, <br />Merry Sue Ahlgren, Carolyn Anderson, Al Po1i, Thomas Potts and <br />Wendy Williams& <br />(Educational Facilities Needs Report enclosed). <br />I* <br />
