An exact figure will be obtained for the next Board Meeting. r. Whritenour noted that there will have to he ar cash flow amendment to the budget to provide additional funds to short term interest for FY 94, -Director of Public Worts re: Execution of state Reimbursement: Two copies of a Memorandum of Agreement for funds allotted under the 1991 Transportation Bond Issue (Chapter 33, Acts of 1991) were submitted for the Board's approval and endorsement. *The motion was made by Selectman Costa to approve and execute the -two copies of the Memorandum of Agreement for State Aid - Highways as allotted under the 1991 Transportation Bond Issue. (Chapter 33, Acts of 1991) The motion was seconded by Selectman Mills, VOTE: Unanimous. - . 41 ':49 p.m. Building Inspector re: Alternate Inspector: Mr, Hauck was present to discuss his memo of March 4, 1993 relative to the effective use of his Alternate Building Inspector. Mr. Polito was hired as a full -tune alternate for 30 days per year informed Mr. Hauck. Due to the increased number of permits and required inspections, Mr. Hauck has recommended to employ Mr, Polito for -half days when he is on vacation or involved in business activities. To employ Mr. Polito by the' above method, his time would be more efficient and productive informed Nor. Hauck. Mr. Whritenour Concurs with the recommendation of the Building Inspector. ***The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to approve the Alternate Building Inspector's schedule as recommended.
