A <br />separate meet'ing can address the management issue and any related <br />concerns. If an establishment has not addressed the concerns of <br />the Board within a certain time frame, the Board ofSelectmen- <br />.have the authority to amend, suspend or revoke any license <br />informed Mr. Whritenouro <br />electran= dills recommended the Board -grant the license <br />applications as preented. Any concerns should he addressed to <br />the applicant - in writing4b no response is rendered within a 30 <br />day period,, the Board of selectmen can schedule a hearing for <br />response. *The. Board is in agreement. <br />*The Board is in agreement to obtain a written opinion from <br />Town Counsel with rewards to the clarification of the license <br />issue. Are establishments having beach clubs and cabanas <br />required to have a separate license? Should the owner and <br />manager be listed on the license? VOTE; <br />Unanimous. - . <br />Biscusion to -Pro -Rate Liquor License Fees: <br />Mr .. Whr itenour recommended to allow an establishment <br />maintaining two -licenses, a $500 license fee reduction for the <br />Seasonal All Alcohol Retail -Package Store license in con3unction <br />with an Annual Wine and Malt Retail Package Store license. <br />*The Board is in agreement to schedule a Public Hearing on <br />the -proposed rate changes as it pertains to license holders <br />maintaining an Annual Wine and Malt and a Seasonal All Alcohol <br />Package Store license. Mr. Whritenour's recommendation will he <br />included for discussion. <br />
