The motion was <br />seconded by Selectman Mills* VOTE: Unanimous, -o . <br />*The notion was made.by Selectman Mills to approve the <br />Seasonal Public Entertainment L.ioense of; <br />Popponesset Corporation d a Popponesset Inn <br />Popponesset Corporation /b a Marketplace Cafe & Raw Bar <br />The motion was seconded by Selectman Costa. VOTE <br />Unanimous. - . <br />7 : 5o p.m. eorF e Benway - Cape Cod Commission Report: <br />.Mr, Benway was present,to give an update to the Board with <br />.,regards to the current activities of the Cape Cod Commission. As <br />noted by Mr, Benway, the newsletter; The Cape Cod Commission <br />Reporter gives a report of Current business activities of the <br />Commission. <br />The 151 North Market Street Project has been approved by the <br />Commission indicated Mr. Benwayo Projects involving Mashpee <br />Commons, Buf f lehea 3 Bay and the Wastewater Treatment Facility <br />have been placed on hold at this time noted Mr. Benway due to the <br />-current economy and pending legal actions. <br />Mr, Benway indicated that -at this time, Mashpee has not used <br />any of the funds related to the Comprehensive Plan, He noted <br />that Mr, Fudala is not ready to draw the funds at this time. <br />Mr. Benway indicated that Mashpee will not lose the grant <br />funding. He noted that Mashpee should be awarded the funds <br />before the end of the fiscal year. <br />It is the consensus of the CCC t-o support the requirement of <br />secondary treatment as it relates to the Cutfall Pipe informed <br />3 <br />,Mr. Benway. The pipe being constructed will clean-up Boston <br />Harbor and be monitored as such, but the second m n-itoring <br />station will not be able to Collect sufficient 'data. <br />The Commission is active with Title v Regulations as it <br />relates to on site waste disposal informed Mr. Benway* Hearings <br />are currently being conducted* <br />Mr. Benway made note of the Waquoit Bay NERR document that <br />Contains new and alternate methods of disposal. He indicated <br />that the ruck system has been approved at this time to filter <br />nitrogen from ' sept io systems. <br />0 <br />
