VOTE: Unanimous. -. <br />Agenda Item: 7 1 9 3: Economic Development Committee <br />Selectman Caffyn has requested to receive all correspondence <br />in her weelr packet . She indicated that it is timeensuingto <br />review the correspondence in the Selectmen's Offices Selectman <br />aff n noted that the list of correspondence was not included in <br />her packet and sh-e did not obtain a letter from Popponesset . <br />New Seabury waste Water Treatment Plant: The Cape Cod <br />Commission received correspondence as authorized by the Board of <br />Selectmen requesting are extension of the comment period. <br />The sub -committee of the Cape Cod Commission has voted to <br />postpone action until June 24, 1993 in order to provide adequate <br />time to the Mashpee Board of Selectmen to comment on the proposed <br />agreement. <br />The sub-commiottee of the CCC voted to approve the proposed <br />-agreement informed Mr. Whriteno r. The. full 'Commission ill <br />make the final determination on June 24, 1993. <br />The major issue of concern involves the nitrogen loading <br />impact informed Mr. Whritenour. Mr. McQuaid has submitted <br />correspondence relative to this matter recommending consulting <br />engineers analyze the project. <br />Mr* Greelish indicated that the procedure was discussed with <br />New Seabur ., The Board of Health has no objection to the <br />revisions of the draft agreement*- There is some disagreement <br />with rewards to the .interpretation of the discharge level noted <br />Mr. Greelish. <br />Mr. Greel i sh has recommended to employ the f irm of Weston <br />and Sampson to conduct the impact study. Jurisdiction falls <br />under the Board of Health noted Mr, Greelish as ruled by the Cape <br />Cod Commission4p <br />
