Yore <br />.advise me •that Ms. Donovan had r gin*,ally been appointed for • a. <br />period of six inonths on December 14,, -992, Youfurther advise me. <br />.that as Chief Administrative officer, the executive secretary was <br />her direct supervisor and that it is the policy of the Board o <br />Selectmen, who are the appointing authority, that the executive <br />secretary prepares the evaluations for department heads with -the <br />Board of Selectmen 1 ai on who in the case of the COA is the ; <br />current cairn James vccr.
