BOARD of SELECTMEN Page <br />MINUTES <br />MONDAYr AUGUST91_1993 <br />Acceptance of Ambulance Bid: <br />*The motion was made by Selectman Jacobson to accept the low <br />bid of $84,777.00 from Wheeled Coach Industries for a Class I. <br />Heavy Duty, Emergency Medical Vehicle as recommended. The motion <br />was seconded by Selectman Mills. VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br />Memo from DPW Director re: Street' Li hts on Quaker Run <br />Road: <br />**The emotion was made by Selectman Costa to accept the two. <br />street lights on Quaker Run Road as recommended, The motion was <br />seconded by Selectman Jacobson. VOTE: Unanimous, - . <br />Appointment of Dispatchers: <br />*The motion was made by Selectman Costa to appoint; <br />Richard Briggs, Steve Hoffman, Neil Lotrionte, <br />Russell Widner and Stephanie Robbins <br />as non-standard part-time Public Safety Police/Fire <br />Dispatchers as recommended. The motion wa seconded by Selectman <br />Mills. VOTE: Unanimous. -o. <br />Advertisement of Vacancy on Waterways Commission: <br />It is the consensus of the Board to advertise to fill the <br />vacancy on the waterways Commission& <br />7:00 p.rn. PUBLIC DISCUSSION: <br />The Finance Committee will be interviewing three candidates <br />to fill the vacancy in the Finance Committee informed <br />Mrs. Greelish. <br />We should continue to update and review the list of <br />vacancies and happenings in M shpee for continuity suggested <br />Mts. Greelisho <br />During regular open meet incs, the handicap access door <br />should remain open suggested Mr, Hansen of the ADA Committee. <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br />Draft letter to Daniel Santos for ap2roval: <br />As requested by the Board, Selectman Jacobson drafted a <br />letter to Mr. Santo's in response to surface water testing. <br />Board of Health Agent, Elias McQuaid gave input to the draft <br />letter. <br />r� <br />L <br />
