Article 2: ,To see if the Town will vote to amend Section 14-3 A. of the Zoning Bylaw by add the definition Dwelling.. (2) "DwellingDetached" the following paragraph: "No building or structure shall be deemed to be one with the main structure if it is connected with only a fence, deck or covered walkway. However, a fully enclosed breezeway shall constitute sufficient connection to deem the building or structure one with the main structure. This section applies as a definition for single family detached dwelling in Section 1 - .A. L" r take any other action related thereto. Submitted by the Zoning Board of Appeals planar` : This article will avoid in reality two separate dwellings on one property. Article 30: To see if the Town will vote to amend the language of the next -to -last sentence of section 1 of Chapter 173 of the Mshpee Code to read: The Commission is authofized to adopt rules and regulations governing the use of land and waters under its control for the protection, promotion and development of water supply, groundwater, flood control, erosion and sedimentation control, for the prevention of grater pollution, for the Protection and preservation of fisheries, shellfish, recreational values, wildlife and wildlife habitat and for the providing of open spaces in land and water areas and for all other Purposes as provided for in MGL C. 4, section 8c. r take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Conservation Commission EuLmarion: This is corrective language to insert the words "of water"' after the word "development,!.!. so that -the phrase correctly reads, "promotion and development of water supply." The words were erroneously omitted from the intended language. Article 31: To see if the Town will vote to amend section 1 of Chapter 172 of the Mashpee Code to The purpose of this Chapter is to protect the wetlands, related water resources and adjoining land areas in this municipality by prior review and control of activities deemed by the Conservation Commission likely to have significant or cumulative effect upon wetland values, including but not limited, to the -following: public or private water supply, groundwater, flood control, erosion and sedimentation control, storm damage prevention, the prevention of water pollution, fisheries, shellfish, wildlife habitat, recreation, agriculture and aquaculture values (collectively', "the wetland values protected -by this chapter."
