The motion was <br />seconded by Selectman Jacobson. <br />***Motion withdrawn by Selectman Costa and Selectman Jacobson. <br />*Selectman Caffyn will obtain further information with <br />regards to utilization of disbursement funds and return to the <br />Board. *Future Agenda Item. <br />MMR Senior Management Team Representative <br />*It is the consensus of the Board to pl a-ce the above on' the <br />Selectmen's agenda of November 1 , 1993. A Board of Selectmen <br />representative and alternate will be appointed at this time. <br />Selectman Caffyn indicated that It appears that the <br />Department of Environmental Protection and General Wagner of the <br />Massachusetts Military Reservation want all Selectmen members <br />from the four Upper Cape towns to be involved with choosing <br />and/or approving of the Project Action Tear Pact.. <br />Memo from Selectman Jacobson re: outfall Pipe Concerns: <br />s indicated in Selectman Jacobson's memo -of November <br />199 , the Bags Legal Defense Fund has continued to oppose the <br />construction of the Boston Harbor ou fa .l tunnel & <br />The Town 'of Plymouth is proposing to construct a sewerage <br />disposal oufall pipe into Cape Cod Bay related Selectman <br />Jacobson. <br />Selectman Jacobson recommended to submit communication to <br />the -Plymouth Selectmen expressing concerns to the use of the <br />otfall pipe for sewerage disposal. <br />**The motion was made by Selectman costa to submit <br />communication to the Town of Plymouth as recommended and urge <br />Plymouth to consider options other than damping their waste into <br />Cape Cod Bay. The -motion was seconded by Selectman Caffyno <br />VOTE: Unanimous. -. Selectman vaccaro absent. <br />
