Management and professional employees shall be eligible for <br /> compensatory time for hours worked in excess of forty (40) <br /> per week (32 hours per week for Holiday weeks) in accordance <br /> with the following limitations: <br /> Compensatory time must be approved by the Board. No more <br /> than two (2) days of compensatory time may be taken in any <br /> week; compensatory time is limited to ten days during <br /> each twelve ( 12) month period , beginning July and ending Tune <br /> 30 , except upon the express written approval of the Board of <br /> Selectmen. However, up to one ( 1) week of compensatory time <br /> may be added to vacation time ' subject to prior approval of <br />
