4 i <br /> �9_ <br /> i { <br /> in any position subject to the Plan under any title other than <br /> one in the Grade and Step Classification (Appendix A) as <br /> amended. The title in the Grade and Step Classification shall <br /> be official for a l l purposes. <br /> I X. WOK WEEK AND RATE of PAS' <br /> . The regular work week for all full-time administrative and <br /> clerical employees shall be thirty-five hours; for all <br /> Supervisors and professional employees as required . <br /> lb. The work week shall extend from 12 :00 A. . Sunday to 12 :00 <br /> P.M. of the following Sunday. <br /> The regular work day shall be from :30 A.M. to 4 :30 P,M* <br /> with an unpaid lunch hour, except as modified by the Board <br /> of Selectman. Lunch hours shall be staggered where <br /> necessary to assure than an employee is always available in <br /> each department to answer the telephone. <br /> 1c. Rest breaks shall be granted each employee. Ten minutes <br /> ( 10) in the middle of the morning and ten minutes to in <br /> the middle of the afternoon, <br /> 2a. The salary for all employees shall be in accordance with <br /> the Salary Classification Schedule attached as Appendix <br /> A or as raised by periodic adjustments. <br /> 2b. No salary shall be increased without the written approval <br /> f the Board . <br /> X* OVERTIME <br /> 1 . It is expected that all administrative and clerical employees <br /> will be able to complete their work without working in excess <br />
