The following days shall be recognized as legal Holidays: <br /> New Year' s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Washington' <br /> Birthday, Patriot' s Day , Memorial Day, Independence Day, <br /> Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran' s Day, Thanksgiving Day , and <br /> Christmas Day. <br /> a, Those regular employees not required to wank on the legal <br /> holidays listed above shall receive their regular week' <br /> pay for the week in which that holiday falls. <br /> be Those regular employees who are required to work on the <br /> legal Holidays listed above shall receive their regular <br /> week' s pay for the week in which that holiday falls, and <br /> shall receive an additional day off as compensatory time. <br /> C .
