All full-time employees and all part-time employees who average <br /> twenty 2 hours or more per week, in the six months prior to <br /> June 30 , shall be entitled to vacations in. the next fiscal yea. <br /> as follows: <br /> Length of Employment vacation <br /> Cinder 6 months None <br /> months through 1 year 1/2 day for each month <br /> worked from date of <br /> employment <br /> 1 through 3 years 1 day for each month <br /> worked in the fiscal year <br /> through to years l and 1 days for each <br /> worked in the fiscal year month <br /> After to years 2 days for each month <br /> worked in the fiscal year <br /> 2 . vacation leave is to be earned and taken on a fiscal year basis <br /> (July 1-June 30) , Allfull-time employees and all regular <br /> part-time employees who average twenty 20 hours or more per <br /> week, during the six months prion to June 30 , will be <br /> entitled to a vacation leave for the next fiscal year beginning <br /> on July 1 . An employee' s length of service on June 30th will <br /> s i <br /> determine the amount of vacation leave to which the employee <br /> is entitled in the next fiscal year. <br /> . Employees who are eligible for vacations and whose services are <br /> terminated by retirement-, by entrance into the Armed Forces, by <br /> resignation or by termination for reasons other than "for <br /> ca.use'l shall be paid a. pro-rated accrued vacation allowance. <br /> This payment shall be reduced by any leave charged against <br /> vacation time. <br />
