r <br /> -13- <br /> 4. <br /> 1 -. Ari employee shall be granted an additional day of vacation if , <br /> while on vacation, a designated holiday occurs. <br /> . Vacation may be taken at the employee' s discretion subject to <br /> the operating needs of the department and the approval of the <br /> Department Head. In case of two 2 employees in the same <br /> department , wanting to take vacation at the same time, the <br /> senior employee shall have preference. <br /> 6. Regular part-time employees will be paid at the average daily <br /> rate of pay for the prior six months. <br /> 7.
