Employees who have exbausted <br /> their personal sick leave credits may apply to the Board <br /> for a grant of bank days in cases of extended illness. The <br /> Board in its discretion shall decide whether or not t <br /> grant the bank days requested taking into account the <br /> employees sick- leave history.
