-15- <br /> subsequent year , in the month of July , employees shall <br /> contribute one l sick day until the bank contains a, total <br /> minimum of sixty 60 days. Employees who have exbausted <br /> their personal sick leave credits may apply to the Board <br /> for a grant of bank days in cases of extended illness. The <br /> Board in its discretion shall decide whether or not t <br /> grant the bank days requested taking into account the <br /> employees sick- leave history. The Board' s decision shall <br /> e final and not subject to the grievance procedure set out <br /> in this Plan . <br /> 2 . Bereavement Leave <br /> a, In the event of a death in the immediate family of an <br /> employee, the town will grant three working days <br /> leave with pay, starting with the day after the death. <br /> For the purpose of this provision , immediate family shall <br /> mean; Wife , Husband , Mother , Father , Child , Brother, <br /> Sister, Mother-in-Law or Father-in-Law, and Grandparents, <br /> 3 . Jury Leae- <br /> a.* Any regular full-tire employee required to serve on a <br /> jury shall be paid the difference between the compensation <br /> received from Jury duty and his regular compensation from <br /> the Town. Proper evidence of jury pay received must be <br /> submitted to the Board . <br /> .
