4 <br /> � - <br /> I <br /> probationary period shall only be disciplined or discharged for <br />' case such as, but not limited to, insubordination , being under <br /> the influence of drugs or .alcohol at work, use of Town <br /> equipment or supplies for private gain , work on Town time for <br /> private gain , absent without leave , and falsifying his <br /> personnel records. Employees disciplined or discharged during <br /> their probationary period shall not have access to the <br /> grievance procedure established by the plan. <br /> 7 . Medical Examination <br /> As a. pre-condition of employment , all applicants for a, position <br /> covered by the Plan must be certified, following a physical <br /> examination, by a physician designated by the Board that the <br /> applicant is fit to perform the duties and responsibilities of <br /> the position applied for. The Board may require an annual <br /> physical examination of all employees and certification by <br /> physician designated by the Board haat the <br /> employee is f i t to continue to perform the duties and re- <br /> sponsibilities of the position. A physical examination for <br /> purposes of this section of the Plan may include a psychiatric <br /> examination where the Board so requests. <br /> . Minors <br /> Minors (persons under 18 years of age) must have written <br /> permission from a. parent or guardian and , if still in school , <br /> from their school before being accepted for employment . <br /> . <br /> . All temporary (full-time) employees who for unforseen reasons <br /> maintain their jobs for more than six months shall be entitled <br /> to benefits on a pro--rated basis under Article XI , paid <br /> Holidays; Article XII , Vacation policy; Article XIV , reaves of <br />
