The title in the Grade and Step Classification <br /> shall be official for all purposes. <br /> ix. WORK WEEK AND RATE OF PAY <br /> la. The regular work week for all full-time administrative and <br /> cl erica l employees shall be thirty-five ) hours. The <br /> regular work week for all Supervisors and professional employees <br /> shall be forty hours., <br /> 1b. The work week shall extend from 12:00 A.M. Sunday to 12:00 P.M. <br /> f the following Sunday. <br /> The regular work day shah, b - from :30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. wi th <br /> an unpaid lunch hour, except as modified by the Board o <br /> Selectmen. Lunch hours shall be staggered where necessary to <br /> assure that ars employee is always avallable in each department <br /> to answer the telephone. <br /> 1 c. Rest breaks shall be granted each employee. Ten minutes (1 AA <br /> in the middle of the morning and ten minutes (1 0) in the middle <br /> of the afternoon. <br /> 2a. The salary for all employees shall be in accordance with the <br /> Salary Classification Schedule attached as Appendix A and <br /> Appendix B or as raised by periodic adjustments. <br /> b. No salary shall be increased without the written approval of the <br /> Board. <br /> X.
