5 ;-1 <br /> of Selectmen disapproves a decision by the Personnel Board, the <br /> decision of the Board of Selectmen is final and binding. <br /> . A grievance concerning a suspension or discharge shall start at <br /> Step 2. <br /> . An employee presenting a grievance shall be assured of freedom from <br /> restraint, interference, discrimination or reprisal. <br /> XV I.EDUCATION <br /> 1 . A regular full-time employee or regular part;-time employee who <br /> desires to tape a course at a high school , college, or special <br /> training program,.,. which course is relevant to the work performed <br /> for the Town , may request approval for such course prior to register- <br /> ing <br /> egi t r-inn from the Board. Upon the Board's approve, after successful com- <br /> pletion <br /> om-p etion with a grade of 7 or the equivalency thereof or better, <br /> and after a certificate of completion has been received from the <br /> school or college, the employee will be reimbursed for tuition and <br /> textbook expense upon the following conditions <br /> a, 'dotal reimbursement for all personnel covered by this Plan in <br /> any one year shall be limited t twenty-five hundred dollars <br /> Ws . 0) . <br /> b. Such coarses must be taken during off-duty times and all employees � <br /> agree that they shall make every effort to obtain Federal and/or <br /> State funding for their attendance at such gasses if- such money <br /> is available. <br />
