work week shall be subject to the grievance and arbitration <br /> process . <br /> An employee and department head may mutually agree t <br /> alter the definition of work week so that the employee <br /> arrives and leaves earlier than the work day as defined in <br /> Sections 2 and 3 . Said option shall not be effective until <br /> approved by the Board of Selectmen. <br /> Rest breaks shall be granted to each employee .
