Payment differential for <br /> said paramedic certification will be $2, 900 per year, <br /> pro-rated and distributed on a weekly basis . This <br /> stipulation shall remain in effect until the necessary <br /> paramedics per shift are available within the I ashpee <br /> Permanent Firefighters Association. <br /> X . OVERTIME <br /> 1 It is expected that all administrative and clerical <br /> employees will be able to -complete thein work without working <br /> in excess of 37 1 hours per week. If an assignment re- <br /> quires work in excess of 40 hours per week, such overtime <br /> work must be authorized by the Department Head prior to work . <br /> Administrative and clerical employees shall be paid <br /> straight time for hours worked between 35 and 40 in the work <br /> week and will be paid one and one-half times their regular <br /> hourly rate for hours worsted beyond 40 in the work week, sub- <br /> ject to the following limitations : <br /> a .
