SEE APPENDIX . <br /> 4 Management and professional employees shall be eligible <br /> for compensatory time for hours worked in excess of forty <br /> 40 per wee} hours per week for Holiday weeks in ., <br /> accordance with the following limitations . <br /> a . Compensatory time must be approved in advance either by <br /> the Board or , the Department Head . No more than two days <br /> of compensatory time may be taken in any week; compensatory <br /> time is limited 'twelve 1 days during each twelve ( 1 2 ) <br /> month period, beginning July and ending June -0, except upon <br /> the express written approval of the Board ofSelectmen . <br /> XI . PAID HOLIDAYS <br /> 1 The fallowing days shall be recognized as legal Holidays : <br /> New Fear ' s Day; Martin Luther King Day, Washington' s in - <br /> day, Patriot ' s }day, Memorial l Day, Independence Day, Labor <br /> Day, Columbus Day, 'veteran ' s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas <br /> Eve ( if it falls on a weekday ) , and Christmas Day. <br />
