Overtime will not be credited for units less than twenty <br /> 20 minutes over the regular work week . <br /> c . This section does not apply to positions on a regular 40 <br /> hour week . <br /> Management and professional employees shall not be paid <br /> for overtime unless payment is required by Massachusetts <br /> General Law . Overtime eligibility payment stags must be ap- <br /> proved by the Board Of Selectmen and actual overtime worked <br /> must have prim department head approval . Compensation will <br /> be at 1 1/2 times the hourly wage. SEE APPENDIX . <br /> 4 Management and professional employees shall be eligible <br /> for compensatory time for hours worked in excess of forty <br /> 40 per wee} hours per week for Holiday weeks in ., <br /> accordance with the following limitations . <br /> a . Compensatory time must be approved in advance either by <br /> the Board or , the Department Head . No more than two days <br /> of compensatory time may be taken in any week; compensatory <br /> time is limited 'twelve 1 days during each twelve ( 1 2 ) <br /> month period, beginning July and ending June -0, except upon <br /> the express written approval of the Board ofSelectmen . <br /> XI . PAID HOLIDAYS <br /> 1 The fallowing days shall be recognized as legal Holidays : <br /> New Fear ' s Day; Martin Luther King Day, Washington' s in - <br /> day, Patriot ' s }day, Memorial l Day, Independence Day, Labor <br /> Day, Columbus Day, 'veteran ' s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas <br /> Eve ( if it falls on a weekday ) , and Christmas Day. <br />
