r <br /> ( days shall receive l one day ' s compensation for every <br /> three days he has accumulated beyond sixty days . <br /> 2 Bereavement Leave <br /> a. In the event of a heath in an employee 's immediate family <br /> the Town will grant up to four ( 4 ) calendar days leave <br /> without loss of Pay starting with the day of the death . For <br /> the purpose of this provision, immediate family shall mean: <br /> wife, husband, mother, father, child, and brother or sister, <br /> b. An employee wi11 be granted up to two ( calendar days - <br /> leave <br /> ays -leave without loss of pay in the event of death of brother- <br /> in-law, <br /> rother-in-1aw, sister-in-law, mother--in- 1aw, father-in- law, or <br /> grandparents . <br /> The purpose of bereavement leave is to allow the employee <br /> time to make funeral arrangements or attend a funeral , or <br /> both. An employee shall be paid bereavement leave only for <br /> clays on which he or she would ordinarily have been scheduled <br /> to work , <br /> Jury Leave <br /> a. Any regular full--time employee required to serve on a <br /> jury shall be paid the difference between the .compensation <br /> received from jury duty and his regular compensation from the <br /> 'own. Proper evidence of jury pay received must be submitted <br /> to the Board . <br /> Military Leave <br /> a. A full-time employee in the military reserve shall be <br /> pain the difference between the compensation received while <br /> on reserve duty and the regular compensation paid by the <br /> 'own. Such payment by the Town shall be limited to a period <br />
