Nature of the grievance <br /> C . Requested remedy <br /> d , Signature of the employee <br /> The Department Head shall respond in writing to the <br /> grievance within five worsting days with a copy sent <br /> to the Personnel Board and the Board of Selectmen . <br /> Step 2 If the employee is not satisfied with the answer <br /> given in Step 3 , the grievance must be submitted to the <br /> Personnel Board within five working days from the <br /> elate the -answer is received or the date it is due, which- <br /> ever occurs first . The Board or designee of the Board <br /> shall consider it as soon as possible but not later than <br /> ten 1 working days after receipt of the grievance, <br /> The Board shall issue its reply in writing within five <br /> working days . The decision of the Personnel Board on <br /> all grievances is final and binding .
