. 1 <br /> approved by the Personnel Board upon presentation of <br /> proper documentation of paramedic certification, and <br /> upon receipt of a written statement by the Fire Chief <br /> that said additional paramedic( s ) is needed to help <br /> provide proper levels of advanced life support service <br /> for the citizens of Mashpee. Payment differential f-or <br /> said paramedic certification will be $2, 900 ger year, <br /> pro-rated and distributed on a weekly basis , This <br /> stipulation shall remain in effect until the necessary <br /> paramedics ger shift are available within the Mashpee <br /> Permanent Firefighters Association. <br /> OVERTIME <br /> 1 it is expected that all administrative and clerical <br /> employees will be able to complete their work without working <br /> in excess of 37 12 hours per week. if an assignment re- <br /> quires work in excess of 40 hours per week, such overtime <br /> work must be authorized by the Dep&rtment Head prior to work . <br /> 2 Administrative and clerical employees shall be paid <br /> straight time for hours worked between 35 and 40 in the work <br /> week and will be paid one and one-half times their regular <br /> hourly nate for hours worked beyond 40 in the work weep, sub- <br /> ject to the following limitations : <br /> a. Work in excess of 37 12 hours per week rust be author- <br /> ized <br /> uthor-i ed by the Department Head prior to doing the required <br /> work . <br /> b, Overtime will not be credited for units less than twenty <br /> 20 minutes over the regular work week. <br /> ce This section does not apply to positions on a regular 40 <br />
