-1 - <br /> Pian. <br /> h. Sick Leave Buy Back <br /> Any employee, upon retirement, or who dies while in Town <br /> service, who has accumulated sick leave in excess of sixty <br /> do days shall receive 1 one day' s compensation for every <br /> three 3 days he has accumulated beyond sixty ( o ) days . <br /> 2 Bereavement Leave <br /> . In the event of a death in a regular employee ' s immediate <br /> family the Town will grant up to four calendar days leave <br /> without loss of pay starting with the day of the death. For <br /> the purpose of this provision, immediate family shall mean: <br /> wife, husband, mother, father, child, and brother or sister, <br /> b. A regular employee will be granted up to two 2 calendar <br /> days leave without loss of pay in the event of death of ` <br /> brother-in-law, sister-in'-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, <br /> r grandparents . <br /> The purpose of bereavement leave is to allow the employee <br /> time to make funeral arrangements or attend a funeral , or <br /> both. A regular employee shall be paid bereavement leave <br /> only for days on which he or she would ordinarily have been <br /> scheduled to work , <br /> ' Jury Leave <br /> . Any regular full-time employee required to serve on <br /> jury shall be paid the difference between the compensation <br /> received from jury duty and his regular compensation from the <br /> Town, Proper evidence of jury pay received mast be submitted <br /> to the Board. <br />
