During the probationary period, the board <br /> shall review the employee ' s record from time to <br /> time, and in no instance shall the employment be <br /> made regular without an approval by the board after <br /> a review of a performance appraisal prepared by the <br /> department head, <br /> b . During the probationary period, ars employee will not <br /> be entitled to sick leave, education benefits, and <br /> vacation leave . Regular employees working 20 hours <br /> or more per week will be immediately entitled to <br /> group health insurance coverage under the town' s <br /> plan and to holiday pay commencing from the date of <br /> their employment . <br /> c t After satisfactory completion of the probationary <br /> period, sick leave and vacation leave skull be <br /> accrued retroactive to the date of employment* <br /> d .
