Length of Service (Longevity <br /> w <br /> Management and non-union 'employee h o have completed t h e <br /> following years of continuous full-time service an thein an- <br /> niversary date of service shall be entitled to receive a <br /> length -of service payment as follows: <br /> Effective July 1, 1989, longevity shall be compensated a <br /> follows: <br /> a After five ( continuous full-time years of service two <br /> hundred twenty-five dollars-, ($225.00 <br /> b After ten (1 0) continuous years of service, <br /> three hundred dollars,, ($300,00) <br /> 0 After fifteen (1 5) continuous full-time years of service, <br /> three hundred seventy-five dollars, ($375.00) <br /> d) After twenty ( ) continuous full-time years of service, <br /> four hundred fifty dollars, ($450.00) <br /> e) After twenty-five continuous full-time years of <br /> service, one thousand fifty dollars, ($1,050.00) <br /> Any part-time employee who has worked as a continuous part- <br /> time employee with the town and then becomes a full-time <br /> employee will be given credit for half the years of part-time <br /> service on a pro-rated basis) and shall be compensated for <br /> longevity pay as outlined above provided the employee has <br /> served the requisite number years of service. <br /> Employees covered by a collective bargaining agreement should <br /> refer to their agreement. <br />
