Potts recommended to encumber the maximum sure of$2500 from <br /> this+years Economic Development Committee's budget to complete the sign <br /> project. <br /> Five welcome signs are proposed to be planted with Euonrmus alatus or <br /> Burning Bush and Chrysanthemums to be planted in a half moon shape. <br /> The uniform gardens to be created will be sited at each sign entrance and on <br /> opposite sides of the street. <br /> *It is the consensus of the Board to allow the sure o $2500 to be encumbered <br /> for the signage project as recommended prior to the end of this fiscal year. <br /> Mr. Whritenour is authorized to worm with Mr. Potts to obtain the necessary <br /> bids and purchase orders for the project scope as outlined. <br /> At this time, the Economic Development Committee is comprised of five <br /> members and three alternate members noted Mr. Potts. Pour candidates <br /> for the position of alternate membership to the Committee were presented <br /> to the Board for consideration. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to set no limitation 'to the <br /> number of alternate members to service the Economic Development <br /> eornmitt.ee. Motion seconded y Selectman Vaccaro. VOTE: <br /> Unanimous. - . <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to appoint <br /> Edward Lewis Paul Reynolds <br /> Robert Goini Stephen Innis <br /> to the Economic Development Committee as alternate members <br /> as recommended. Motion seconded by Selectman Vaccaro. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> In other business, the Economic Development Committee has recommended <br /> to establish a computerized database to assist the economic development <br /> activities of the Town. <br /> The data base could be utilized to track jobs and job growth i <br />
