• <br /> Page <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> June 6, 1994 <br /> John Ferguson re: One Day Liquor License for bight at the fops: <br /> John Ferguson, President of the Mashpee hpee Community Concert Committee, Inc. <br /> was present to discuss the license application request to serve beer and wine <br /> at the Mashpee Dight at the Pops on July 30, 1994 with a rain date of July 3 1. <br /> As noted by Mr. Ferguson, liquor will be served to those who purchase tables _ <br /> from :00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Separate parking will be available in Mashpee <br /> Commons to alleviate traffic concerns. <br /> It was noted that the Barnstable County Parr is scheduled during this time. <br /> Mr. Ferguson indicated that he has discussed this concern with the Chief of <br /> Police and Field's Point Limited Partnership. <br /> Four Police officers are requested to support this event as last year indicated <br /> Mr. Ferguson. Additional volunteer support will derive from members of the <br /> Military Base. <br /> For disclosure, Selectman Vaccaro indicated that he is a member of the Board <br /> of Directors. He will abstain from voting on this issue. <br /> Motion Ornade by Selectman costa to approve the One Day Liquor <br /> License request of the Mashpee a Community Concert Committee, Inc. <br /> s outlined for Mashpee Night at the Pops. Notion seconded by <br /> Selectman Caf yn.
