Y <br /> Peter said it is unusual that a school be required to build their own STP , <br /> Would the State make allowances for the STP in the formula so we don ' t have <br /> to take money that should be going to classrooms? <br /> Bob Fournier explained there i s a Form F to be filed with -the State <br /> requesting additional money from the formula for these types of <br /> circumstances. Within the next few weeks they will file it and get a <br /> response from the Stag . <br /> Joe said during the design development phase all the different rooms will <br /> need input from the committee - what goes in them, how they are laid out R <br /> Because we don ' t have a high school staff this will be difficult to do. <br /> Merry Sue and Janice can both get teacher ' s input. D r. De lou ra has a <br /> Committee of teaches who live in Mashpee. <br /> Ray suggested creating a questionnaire , about all the different spaces , <br /> seeking input. <br /> There will be a Value Management workshop held June 20-24th . <br /> CHAFER ETT E <br /> The Charrette will be held May 24-26th . Everyone ta.l ked about the process, <br /> what will the public be seeing and doing? <br /> Bob Fournier explained on Tuesday morning they will walk the site , talk <br /> about it, they will develop site plans , analyze it, generate as much <br /> thought as possible . Lahr that day the committee will come i n, see what <br /> they did for the day and give input. <br /> On Wednesday afternoon , about : 00 , they suggested the high school students <br /> could come over . <br /> Lahr that day , Roos they will be open to interest groups , town <br /> departments and any public who might be interested . <br /> Thursday they will work through the morning and about 1 : 00 the committee <br /> can meet with them and review what has been developed over the 3 days . <br /> Peter suggested also inviting the Selectmen to the Thursday afternoon <br /> meeting . <br /> Ian thought 1 classroom may be too small when the public arrives . <br /> If it is advertised as an "open horse" between 5-8, hopefully everyone will <br /> net show up at once* <br /> Where should it be advertised? Newspapers Enterprise a cc Times, Cable Tib <br /> ( 55 & o ) , send a notice home with the students . <br /> S i 1 1 Iia.rt i ros will tell the taxpayers association . <br /> Bob Fournier will prepare a brief `i paragraph press release`' to be used <br /> for all the advertising . <br /> The Committee discussed when the students should participate . There were <br /> concerns that if they dame after school , there will be no transportation <br /> home ' <br /> Can they go during school hours?
