She would like to know what is <br /> available to us . <br /> Paul said the $110 per sq foot includes a simple auditorium. <br /> Peter explained Susan Butler has suggested designing the auditorium so it <br /> backs up to the gym, with a movable wall to expand the seating capacity . <br /> Ray said the back wall of the theater could open to the cafeteria but you <br /> give up the sound booth in the back and acoustics . <br /> .Janice said opening of the wall ruins the acoustics of the theater . If you <br /> need large seating capacity , use the gym. <br /> Peter said this -issue was also brought up by Bill Jones and he told Ms . <br /> Butler he would mention it to the Committee . <br /> Subconsultants_- Ian explained nothing has been done and they are still <br /> awaiting approval . Ian sent a letter to Bob Whritenour but he said the <br /> Building Committee must take a formal vote and submit it to Bob and the <br /> Selectmen . <br /> Paul made a motion to accept Chartwell ' s subconsultants TAMES and <br /> Beacon and seek the Selectmen ' s approval as soon as possible . <br /> Janice seconded the motion . All members were in favor . ** <br /> * � Paul made a motion to accept SMMA ' s subconsultants Childs , DeFao <br /> Wait and Pare , Daedauls and BSS and seek the Selectmen ' s approval <br /> as soon as possible. Janice seconded the motion . All members were in favor . ** <br /> Sewage Treatment Plant review fee proposal- Ian explained the proposals <br /> were due last Friday by noon . Weston and Samspon faxed a copy of their <br /> proposal before the deadline and then mailed only i copy that was received <br /> after the deadline .
