He will not require it <br /> but he cannot speak for the building inspector , <br /> He has seen the double barrelled entrance and it is suitable <br /> Bill Marti ros asked if it his wish to have it paved or is asphalt in the <br /> regulation? <br /> Chi'of Baker responded it is his interpretation of the regulation-. <br /> B r t DeMou ra said the selectmen have all the legal opinions on this matter. <br /> Steve asked what is most cost effective , a full road or a concrete pad? <br /> Ray said you have to design a road because a truck will crush the concrete <br /> and it will have to be replaced . <br /> Peter explained to SMMA what Michael Pare told the Committee about Childs * <br /> The Committee is concerned about Childs ' qualifications . <br /> Bob Fournier said Childs ' scope of work is to sit with the subcommittee and <br /> decide what they want and assist in writing a program. He is not <br /> engineering any systems .
