It i_s <br /> a, problem solving process , lool�.ing for alternative ways for performing <br /> f unctions , It is not ,' est cost cutting but looking for features that add <br /> value , The focus of this project now is cutting cosi.-I. - There are cost <br /> estimates associated with these proposals but will need further <br /> invostig.at_ion, refinement . 1t was a cooperative effort . <br /> Pre sent 1v the overage is $3 , 670 , 000 , <br /> The Team looked at 1.1 elements -- substructure , structure , exterior cladding <br /> interior partitions , vortical mo-+ement , interior finishes , fitt1.nms's and <br /> equipment, electrical , mechanical , site development and planning .
