Town Counsel needs to work with Com Electric <br /> Counsel to decide how to deal with this. <br /> Dan will proceed with the computation of lot area, lot coverage for the <br /> variance application . He can complete the application in the next few <br /> days. <br /> Peter asked Dan if the town should take the land in back of the Housing <br /> Authority, even though the Performing arts center will not be there? <br /> Dan said it could provide flexibility although the site does have <br /> flexibility now to the south. <br /> Paul said the town has approval to take it. It would be nice to have it <br /> and the town could find use for it in the future. <br /> PEE ACCOUNTS <br /> Chartwell submitted an invoice for project management services from Oct. 1 <br /> through Nov. 30 and additional supporting services for review of the sewage <br /> treatment plant for $355 . 28. <br /> ** Paul made a motion to recommend payment for Chartwe11 ' s invoice of <br /> $12 , 355 . 28 . Merry Sue seconded the motion . All members were in <br /> favor 7-0 . ** <br /> BUILDING BUDGET <br /> Bob said there have been no changes to the budget since the last meeting . <br /> They will continue to look for opportunities for savings. <br /> Loading dock vs . sizzor lift - information last time was to eliminate the <br /> landing dock in favor of a leveler. That was an increase . To go to a <br /> sizzor lift is a savings of $6 , 700 . <br /> **The Committee agreed to accept the change.** <br /> Paul asked for a cleaned up list of all the cost reduction items the <br /> Committee has accepted. <br /> He also asked that SMMA develop a list of alternative items that can <br /> possibly go back in to the project, if the funds become available. <br /> Paul said the architects and Committee have to take a serious look at the <br /> remaining overage and come up with more ideas to cut it, continue to work <br /> on it. <br /> MINUTES - Nov . 15 , 1994 <br /> Bob requested the sentence, on bottom of pg . 2 be changed to read : Bob made <br /> them aware of the Cromaglass system, they have spoken to them to <br /> " investigate the systems advantages as it pertains to Mashpee. : <br /> ** Merry Sue made a motion to accept the minutes as amended. Janice <br /> seconded the motion . All members were in favor 7-0. <br /> GROUNDS MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT <br /> Greg Taylor said that list should come from Dr. DeMoura. The maintenance <br /> people will be working for him. <br /> Dr. DeMoura thought it should come form Greg Taylor. <br /> Tom Wren will call Dr. Dr . DeMoura to get the information . <br /> DOOR FINISH HARDWARE AND MASTERKEY SYSTEM <br /> Bob asked if the School Department has any standard for hardware or master <br /> 4 <br />
