Joel is working with the subcontractor <br /> to get the parts for the option that is the most viable but the <br /> manufacturer is not committed that it is achievable . Joel will <br /> get the information to the subcontractor and see if they can get <br /> the parts . The door was at 24" per second, they got it down to <br /> 20" per second. <br /> Paul suggested putting a new spring on it . Joel will discuss that <br /> with the manufacturer. <br /> Merry Sue asked if the manufacturer is surprised at the request . <br /> Joel said they were not . <br /> Paul said it has to be slowed down but 6" is extreme . <br /> Merry sue asked if it is safe to open the building with the door <br /> 3 <br />
