(enclosed) <br /> Motion made by Selectman Caffyn to include Explanations <br /> under each Petition Articlewn resented on the Annual T <br /> p o <br /> Meeting Warrant. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> VOTE: 1-4. *Motion does not carry. <br /> Selectman Costa, Selectman Dinizio, Selectman Mills and <br /> Selectman Vaccaro in opposition. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Costa to remove the Explanation <br /> as it appears under Article 19 of the Annual Town Meeting <br /> Warrant. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Dinizio. <br /> VOTE; 4-1. <br /> Selectman Caffyn in opposition. <br /> PUBLIC DISCUSS ION- <br /> Elizabeth Petti requested information with regards to the placement of <br /> a Town Meeting Article to protect and grandfather landowners from lots <br /> declared unbuildable. <br /> Selectman Dinizio indicated that he will address this concern with the <br /> Planning Board and Board of Appeals. It was noted that there is not <br /> enough time to properly address this issue for the October Town Meeting. <br /> Selectman Dinizio indicated that an article will be prepared for the May <br /> Town Meeting if there is a need to pursue this type of protection. <br /> Peg Harsch invited members of the Board of Selectmen to attend a <br /> meeting of the Mashpee Taxpayers Association to discuss the Town <br /> Meeting Warrant. Ms.Harsch indicated that a"mock"Town Meeting will <br /> be held to review all of the warrant articles. <br /> Mashpee Taxpayers Association Meeting: 7:00 p.m. -9:00 p.m. <br /> Carol Jacobson Senior Center <br />
