Both Mashpee <br /> and Sandwich are represented by the same legal counsel, but they <br /> cannot concur on the intermunicipal agreement. <br /> . Ball stated that there was an agreement to provide the <br /> elected officials with $900 annually, but that they only received <br /> $600. He stated that he <br /> has found no evidence that the plumes have reached the Ponds. He <br /> also monitors wells which have been installed by Barnstable County. <br />
