She provided documentation of her upcoming <br /> ServSafe training, which would take place on July 16th, in Hyannis. <br /> There being no further questions or discussion, Laurel Almquist made a Motion to approve the 2018 Food <br /> Establishment Permit for Laurentide at Mashpee Commons, with the condition that a final inspection be <br /> performed by a Health Agent. Motion seconded by Brian Baumgaertel. VOTE: Unanimous (2-0). <br /> Ms. Lavoie asked Mr. Harrington if the facility should have food in at the time of the final inspection and <br /> he answered in the affirmative, stating that the Health Agent will want to see product in place and make <br /> sure it's holding temperature. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Review/Approve BOM Public Session Minutes: May 10,2018 and June 7,2018. Glen Harrington <br /> indicated that the duplicate paragraph had been removed from the May 10th minutes. There <br /> were no comments from Board members. <br /> Laurel Almquist made a Motion to approve the minutes of May 10, 2018 and June 7,2018, Motion <br /> seconded by Brian Baumgaertel. VOTE: Unanimous(2-0). <br /> 2. Review Draft Innovative/Alternative On-Site Septic Regulation. Glen Harrington stated he has <br /> not received anything from the state, and therefore requested to continue this matter to the next <br /> regularly scheduled meeting. <br /> After a brief discussion about availability of Board members for the remainder of the summer, it <br /> was decided that only one meeting would be held in July and one meeting in August. Those <br /> meetings were scheduled for July 12, 2018 and August 23, 2018. <br /> Laurel Almquist made a Motion to continue review of the Draft Innovative/Alternative On-Site <br /> Septic Regulation. Motion seconded by Brian Baumgaertel. VOTE: Unanimous (2-0). <br /> 3. Request One-Time Fee for Annual Temporary Food Permit: Cape Cod Chef on Call (Naukabout <br /> Brewery). Glen Harrington stated that he recently received the ServSafe, but despite calls to the <br /> applicant, the required Allergy Awareness never came in, and Mr. Harrington was not sure it had <br /> been conducted. Mr. Harrington stated that the Town cannot revoke a permit until notice is <br /> given. He advised the Board that they could have a hearing to revoke the permit based upon an <br /> incomplete application or the Board could continue the matter. Mr. Harrington stated that the <br /> applicant had only used the permit for one day and was unsure if they would be returning to <br /> Naukabout. Ms. Almquist suggested that the Board move to continue until after Mr. Harrington <br /> has had the opportunity to talk with Naukabout about whether the applicant was scheduled to <br /> return. <br /> Laurel Almquist made a Motion to continue discussion on the One-Time Fee for Annual <br /> Temporary Food Permit for Cape Cod Chef on Call.
